WORST EXPERIENCE AND EXTREMELY DISAPOINTED WITH THE CALL - since 5 am I have been going between SKYPE and Microsoft. Spoke to Accounting and they assured me that my accounts were correctly linked just not activated. SHE then said she would transfer me to technical support and speak to them first (SHE LIED) she just transferred me. Then spoke with a gentleman for a long time, his pass the buck approach led him to give me an illogical explanation of what was taking place. When I asked him to give me a manager he said they were busy - I said, I would wait. After 10 minutes on hold he came back on the line saying he was the manager -- when I called him on it he got flustered then he said he was john --- ALL LIES. WHAT UNPROFESSIONAL ORGANIZATION ARE THEY RUNNING? I would look at the free alternatives for MS Office if this is the type of support. I opted to pay rather than going to openoffice.com but maybe I need to rethink as their true moment of truth was a total flop. Secondly, they advertise that with Office 365 one get 60 minutes of Skype talk time - no use if you cannot activate it -- kind of a scam if you ask me.
